Consistent quality, keeps me coming back

This was my third order from ViDrate. I usually go for the lemon and lime sachets, and they've been consistently good every time. I appreciate that the flavor hasn't changed, and the product always seems fresh. My previous orders arrived within a similar timeframe, usually about 3-4 business days. This time, I also added a bottle brush to my order, and it's actually pretty handy for cleaning my narrow-necked bottles. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and it works for my daily hydration needs.

Orange & Peach was good

Got the orange and peach hydration sachets. They tasted good. Shipping was quick. No issues at all.

Good deal on starter kit

I bought the hydration starter kit with a reusable bottle and some sachets. I was looking for something to help me drink more water without a ton of sugar. The price for the kit was pretty fair, especially with the first-time buyer discount I found. It felt like a solid investment to try it out. Delivery was standard, got here in about 5 days. I'm happy with the amount of product for what I paid; it felt worth it.

Decent value, small improvement needed

I tried the electrolyte sachet taster pack. The variety was good, and it let me figure out which flavors I liked before committing to a big box. The mojito was surprisingly refreshing. Shipping was free, which was a nice bonus, and it arrived in 4 days. My only minor gripe is that the individual sachets are sometimes a bit tricky to tear open neatly. I usually need scissors, which isn't a huge deal but a small design improvement would be helpful. For the price, especially with the first-order discount I used, it felt like good value for boosting my water intake.

Good hydration, delivery took a bit

I ordered a bulk pack of the mixed berry sachets and a reusable water bottle. The website was easy enough to navigate, and checkout was straightforward. I received an order confirmation right away. Delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was a little longer than I expected for standard shipping. Everything arrived well-packaged, and the bottle felt sturdy. The mixed berry flavor is pretty good, not too sweet, and definitely helps me drink more water during the day. I haven't needed to contact customer support, so can't speak to that. The sachets dissolve quickly in cold water. Overall, a solid product, just plan for a few extra days for shipping.

Love my Night Time Hydration!

I just got my Night Time Hydration sachets and they are fantastic! The flavor is so soothing, and I genuinely feel better in the mornings. I was worried it wouldn't taste good, but it's perfect! Shipping was so fast, it came in 3 days. I can't wait to try more flavors, this is definitely my new evening routine!
